Hi there! I am Girly_Charm. I love to make custom apartments, houses, and other designs with a focus on a unique personality for each build. Transforming years of virtual interior design experience into custom, lived-in spaces for your FFXIV character. As well as just doing my best to see your vision become a (virtual) reality.Most of my designs are pre-made and up for sale on my ko-fi.I do sometimes take commissions, and will announce any openings on my bsky or on ko-fi.

terms of purchase

☆ Digital Products

I sell digital products for the Makeplace App, I do not offer in-game services. (.json files and .txt files)

☆ Redistribution

Do not redistribute, copy, re-upload, resell my work in any way. If you are giving a commission as a gift, please let me know. Or use the gift function in Ko-Fi.

☆ No Refunds

No refunds on digital products.

☆ Responsibility

You are responsible for any use of third-party tools and any actions against your account. The risk is unlikely, but it is best practice to not discuss the use of third-party tools in game.

If permitted, commissioned builds may be posted to Ko-Fi.

☆ Refusal or Discontinuation

I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a commission if I feel I cannot deliver a quality product.

☆ Payment

No files will be distributed until payment is complete.

☆ Communication

Communication from the client is heavily encouraged so I can do my best to fit your vision. I will do what I can to give updates and ask for your opinions as I work.

- Yard: $10 (Only $5 if you would like the yard in addition to one of the above ♥)

☆ Before You Buy

- Please make sure to have any references ready for the sort of style you are looking for.- Completion time may vary depending on the complexity of the design. I will do my best to communicate updates as I go.- By purchasing a commission, you will receive the MakePlace .json file for the design, as well as the list for what is needed for the build. I will also advise you on what interior frame is best for the build.
